Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our item. Merchandise found defective due to a manufacturer's error will be replaced or rectified at no additional cost. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from TruMark Laser and Stitch.

Returns will not be accepted for mistakes customers make when ordering custom products. 

NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you do not reach out to TruMark Laser and Stitch, at trumarklaserandstitch@gmail.com within 7 days of the DELIVERY/PICK UP DATE, we will not be able to process your return, no matter the reason of the return. Your return will not be processed if the item is not returned within the allotted 14-day period.

EXCHANGES: All Sales are final, and exchanges are not available unless the item is defective due to a manufacturing error.

FINAL SALE: ALL sales identified verbally or in writing as FINAL SALES cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes sale items and One Night Only priced items from LIVE SALES.
